Are nearby records automatically treated as one campus?
No. Supported identity matches are merged conservatively. Uncertain matches remain visible, and proximity alone does not prove that two buildings belong to one project.
Can I compare every reported megawatt figure directly?
IT load, total facility power and planned campus capacity describe different things. Each claim keeps its definition and stage so the comparison can use an appropriate basis.
