MCP server

Korzy's MCP server gives AI agents the same data as the REST API, as tools they can call. It uses the Streamable HTTP transport at:

https://api.korzy.co/mcp

Connect

Sign-in. Clients that support OAuth open a Korzy sign-in page the first time they connect. Approve access and the client keeps its own token; no key is needed.

API key. For automation, or clients without sign-in, create a key with the mcp:read scope on your account page and send it as a bearer token. Keep it in an environment variable or secret manager, never in a prompt or a committed file.

Verify

Ask your agent to call list_datasets. A working connection returns coverage and query information.

`get_state_summary`	Parcel record counts and field coverage for a state or the nation. Free.
`search_parcels`	Parcels at an address (area search is coming). `include_owner=true` adds owner fields and doubles the cost.
`get_parcel`	One parcel’s attributes by `korzy_id`, and a map link. `include_owner=true` adds owner fields where published and doubles the cost.
`get_site_context`	Parcels, water and sewer service, treatment plants and nearby data-center projects at a point. `include_owner=true` adds owner fields to the parcels and doubles their cost.
`get_utility_record`	One water, sewer, treatment, gas or fiber record.
`get_power_plant`	A power plant and its generators.

Usage

Tool calls spend credits from the same balance as the REST API, at the same rates. One tool call can make several data requests.
Tool calls count toward your per-minute rate limit.
Errors come back as tool results with isError: true and a message your agent can act on.
