Mireye API alternative: Korzy vs Mireye

If you are evaluating the Mireye API for AI agents that need physical-world data, this page sets Korzy and Mireye side by side. Mireye offers a physical-world data API and hosted MCP server for AI agents: cited fields at any U.S. coordinate, parcel enrichment and search, and a natural-language /ask endpoint.12 Korzy is an API and MCP server for U.S. parcels and the infrastructure around them. The comparison uses what each publishes about its own product, checked 5 November 2026.

Korzy vs Mireye: pricing, coverage and access

FeatureKorzyMireye

Published entry price$49/month (Professional, 3,000 credits)$49/month Build plan with $49 of included usage, or pay as you go. On Free: $0.02 per enriched parcel, $0.20 per search query, $0.10 per answer3
Free trial or free tierNo free trial$10 one-time balance with no expiry, plus free Fetch and Geocode3
Stated U.S. coverage161M+ parcel records across every U.S. countyUnited States (drive-time also covers Canada); parcel search in all 50 states and DC12
REST APIYes, REST with an OpenAPI specYes, REST: Fetch, Enrich, Search, Ask, Geocode, Proximity and batch runs4
MCP serverYes, hosted MCP server, with plugins for Claude Code and CodexYes, hosted MCP server with OAuth and nine tools25
Owner namesWhere published, through enrich at 2 credits per parcel instead of 1 creditYes: ownership in parcel Enrich and Search fields12
Infrastructure and site contextWater and sewer service, flood zones, wetlands, protected areas and cleanup sites, rail, ports and freight, data-center projects, power plants, grid capacity and terrainFlood zones, base flood elevations and the parcel share in the flood hazard area, slope and aspect, wetlands, soils, transmission lines, interconnection queues, climate and hazard fields, each with its source67
Bulk files and licensingNot through the API (lookups, records and enrichment of up to 25 parcels per request); dataset licensing and flat-file exports on EnterpriseBatch runs downloadable as CSV or GeoJSON; no dataset licensing found on the pages we reviewed38
Flood zones and base flood elevationFlood zone, special flood hazard area flag and base flood elevation at a point, in every state except AlaskaFlood zone and base flood elevation at a point, and the share of a parcel inside the special flood hazard area6
WetlandsWetlands at a point in 33 states; not yet in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IN, KS, MA, MO, NE, NH, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, WI, WYWhether a point falls inside a mapped wetland6
Natural-language answers/v1/ask answers a question about a U.S. location from Korzy data, with cited sources, 10 credits per answer/v1/ask returns a cited answer to a question about a place, $0.10 per completed answer9
Parcel search by filtersNot through the API: lookups at an address or point, records by ID, and enrichment of up to 25 parcels per requestSearch filters every U.S. parcel in a state by size and other fields12

Korzy’s flood and wetland results are at a point, not a share of the parcel. Where a state is covered but no polygon intersects the point, coverage reads unknown rather than outside. Wetlands are not yet available in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IN, KS, MA, MO, NE, NH, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, WI, WY; flood zones are not available in Alaska.

When Mireye may fit better

  • You need the share of a parcel inside the flood hazard area, not only the flood zone at a point.26
  • You need slope at any coordinate, or soil, climate and solar fields, without a parcel.6
  • You need to search parcels across a state by size and other fields.12
  • You want free public coordinate data and a $10 starting balance.310
  • You need drive-time calculations, including in Canada.1

When Korzy may fit better

  • You need land and infrastructure context at the same point as the parcel: water and sewer service areas, data-center projects, power plants, rail, ports and freight corridors.
  • An AI agent should call the data directly: Korzy runs a hosted MCP server, with a plugin for Claude Code and Codex.
  • You want a published self-serve price: plans start at $49 a month, and the field catalog never spends credits.

Real example responses are on the parcel data pages for each county and in the Korzy API reference; plans and credits are on the pricing page.
