About this data

Are all refinery records shown on the map?

No. Newer capacity reports can identify facilities without a verified match to the older location inventory. Those records remain searchable without invented coordinates.

Are calendar-day and stream-day capacities equivalent?

They use different reporting bases. The source units and definitions stay attached to each measure so unlike figures are not silently combined.
