The research approach
Scope and methodology preview. Full rankings and individual parcel profiles are part of the report edition.
01 / Build and review the shortlist
Candidate parcels are screened and reviewed against terrain, environmental and infrastructure evidence. Analyst judgments and documented exclusions explain the final selections. The shortlist represents the reviewed candidate pool.
02 / Put power in context
Low, base and high scenarios estimate potential demand from land and development assumptions. Nearby power infrastructure is considered separately. Utility-deliverable capacity remains an open diligence question.
03 / Make the next questions explicit
The research identifies where ownership, property availability, zoning, utility service and engineering work still need confirmation. Evidence dates stay attached to the assessment.
