About this data
Do these records explain an outage's cause?
The ingested series report capacity and outage quantities. They do not establish the cause, repair schedule or a real-time operating instruction.
Can plant and national outage series be added together?
They cover overlapping aggregation levels. Adding them would count the same unavailable generation more than once.
